Excutive chef Chetan Patil have been serving in New York and tri state hospitality scene more than a decade now, Grew up in Mumbai, India. His Romance with food stared from home where he use to help mom to cook after school, later motivated him to join hotel school and obtains his associate degree from kerala, India. Right after he was accepted by OBEROI HOTELS & RESORTS, as job trainne working in various depatments of 5 star hotel kitchen from butcher to pastry,where he got promoted to kitchen excutive and worked in various cusines like Italian, Indian, Chinese.

After a couple of years Realizing there is more to learn chetan was offered a job in Manchester, United Kingdom, where is end up working with Michelin star chefs and Rosettes Resturant. Chetan was awared BEST BUDDING YOUNG CHEF in Manchester, exploring the French, Italian and pan asian cusines. Due to health issue of his father he had to come back home where he got a sous chef job at Four seasons Mumbai.

As he developed his love for food and travel, chetan came to U.S and got various job opportunity with some budding Resturanters he worked with Woodlands, Nashville, Saffron PA, before coming to New York where he felt in love with diversity of food and culture which just gave him a home felling.

The true culture of New yorks theamed resturants and catterings motivated him to work with freshly local produce and help opened various resturant and cocotail lounge,some to mention, saffron indian kitchen, Bombay Bistro, UES (inidan bistro) to steaki (greek) Gupshup NYC (Mordern indian). Chef was also part of NYC Public School develpoment for kids teaching them basic cooking tecniques and Asian cusine.
